from the College Counter or may be downloaded from the College
A candidate may apply for as many HONOURS subjects as required.
Use separate Application Forms for different HONOURS subjects.
The On-Line Form Download Option is available ONLY
for those applying in HONOURS Courses. Direct Admission for
the General Course will start from 05.06.2013 from the Admission
Office of the College.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION TO HONOURS COURSE:
As per College Admission Notice.
Go through the available Courses, Tentative Subject Combinations
and Admission Procedures before filling up application forms.
All forms should be duly filled in and supplemented with required
documents. Incomplete forms will not be considered. Forms
received beyond the last date of application will be rejected.
For each application form, applicant has to pay Rs. 200/-
as Processing Fee. Application fee to be deposited
in the Central Bank of India Savings Bank Account No. 3182495899
in favour of The Principal, Jogamaya Devi College. Applicants
can deposit the prescribed Application Fee/Processing Fee
in any branch of Central Bank of India and they are requested
to collect Journal/Transaction ID and Branch Code before leaving
the teller counter of the Bank. These above are to be furnished
in the appropriate field of the application form failing to
which the form will be treated as ‘CANCELLED’ or ‘REJECTED’.
Each Form should contain separate Journal ID; students are
requested to submit Rs. 200/- for each application form in
separate challan/transaction slip.
The duly filled-in 'Hard Copy' copy of on-line form should
reach the Admission Office of the college by 21th June 2013.
- Candidates may directly submit their form(s) to the Admission
Office of the College.
- Candidate may send the form by 'Speed Post' of
the Indian Postal Department or any reputed Courier Company.
Write 'Seeking admission into <SUBJECT NAME> Honours
Course' on the top of the sealed envelope containing Application
Form (with Challan). The mailing address is:

The ‘COLLEGE COPY’ of the Bank Challan is to be attached
to the application form. The Journal ID of the Bank along
with Branch Code will be treated as ‘Form Reference Number’
and the candidate should keep the counterfoil (‘STUDENT’S
COPY’) of the Challan for future reference. In this case,
the CBI Branch Code & Journal ID mentioned in the form
will be referred to for any future enquiry regarding admission.
The mail should reach the college office within 21.06.2013.
No form will be considered, in any circumstances, after
DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH EACH APPLICATION FORM
- ‘COLLEGE COPY’ of the Bank Challan.
- Attested Photostat copies of H. S. or Equivalent Mark
- SC/ ST candidates must submit attested Photostat copies
of SC/ ST certificates from the appropriate authority with
the application forms.
- Physically Handicapped candidates must submit attested
Photostat copies of the relevant certificate.
The college reserves the right of admission.
Candidate should print the Form and Bank Challan on A4 paper
from the ORIGINAL SOURCE. Any other typed version or ‘TRUE
COPY’ of the Form will not be entertained.
